SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Qalban Perfumes.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and securely as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery is typically made via Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier service.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • 2–4 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.


5. Delays

While we aim to meet the stated delivery timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer


6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at:

We will investigate with the courier and assist accordingly.


7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage fees may apply for redelivery.


8. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
