Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
